Capture Moments provides product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers, including studio production, shot-list review, proof gallery review, and edited file delivery. The scope of each project is confirmed in writing before production begins, and any final deliverables depend on the agreed scope and approved shot list.
Fees are quoted based on product count, views, styling, and retouched files, and payment methods may include bank transfer or payment card as agreed for the project. The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference material, and a clear shot list, and for arranging product intake by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery. Capture Moments may rely on the approved product order and written instructions, and changes after approval may require a revised quote or revised production plan.
All photographs, previews, and related creative materials remain the property of Capture Moments unless a separate written license states otherwise. The client receives only the usage rights expressly agreed for the project, and no RAW files, rejected frames, or unedited camera files are included unless confirmed in writing.
Photography results depend on the condition of the products, the approved setup, and the limits of the agreed retouching work. Capture Moments does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images, colors, reflections, textures, proportions, or backgrounds, and does not provide deceptive product changes or identity-altering edits.
